This badge is the ultimate recognition of your efforts to professionally embed VR within your organisation or youth centre. Not only have you mastered a specific role (as a youth worker, manager, or young person), but you have also helped build a safe and clear digital foundation for everyone. You’ve shown that you look beyond the technology itself to build a future-proof youth work environment.

What do you need to do? To earn this overarching badge, complete the following three steps:
Earn your specific role badge: You must have successfully claimed one of the three core badges:
- VR Youth Work Facilitator, OR
- Strategic Digital Innovation Manager, OR
- VR Community Builder.
Make the agreements visible:
- Ensure that the ‘safer space’ promises and hygiene protocols (from the toolkit) are physically present where VR is used. For example, hang up the poster or place laminated guidelines next to the headsets.
- Share the vision: Explain in one minute (via audio or text) to a colleague or peer why it is vital for your organisation to have a unified plan and a shared vision when using VR.
What do you need to submit? (Choose what works for you)
- Proof of role: A screenshot or the name of the role badge you have already earned.
- Photo: A picture showing the poster or guidelines clearly displayed in your organisation.
- Audio or Text: A short recording or a message explaining how you shared the vision with someone else.
